The purpose of these schemes are to assit the public and local business in selecting reputable and established traders. It is manged through an on-line register called referenceline This on-line facility allows you to search its members profiles which includes references from previous clients.
ARTS and Dundee Trusted Trader are schemes which help protect the public from rouge traders and assist traders in complying with trading standard and help resolve complaints or problems with customers which could result in bad debits. |
