North East Contracts Ltd is affiliated with a number of groups, organisations and schemes to enable us to fulfill our commitments to our clients, employees' and community and achieve our aims and objectives set out in our company policies.

In order to maintain a low risk and safe working environment for our employees North East Contracts Ltd has enlisted the services of Safety Scotland as our Health and Safety Consultants. We also promote and support H&S campaigns such as WWT (Working Well Together) and Shattered Lives, initiatives set-up to improve the Construction Industry Awareness to Health and Safety risks.

In addition to this we are also dedicated to maintaining a fully trained and qualified workforce which we achieve through our membership with ConstructionSkills and association with the CSCS scheme and our membership with the ACT (Angus Construction Training) group. It was through our commitment to Training and Development that we achieved IIP (Investors In People) standard in May 2009.

North East Contracts Ltd are also committed to sustainability and by being part of the Scottish Executives Enterprise in Education scheme 'Determined to Suceed' we hope to contribute to the improvement of education in our local area.

In addition to this we are also approved contractors for ConstructionLine, ARTS (Angus Reputable Trader Scheme) and Dundee Trusted Trader Scheme and members of the FSB (Federation of Small Buisness')
