DIRECTIONS FROM GLASGOW

1. From the South-West and Glasgow follow the M80 to Stirling then the M9/A9 to Perth .
2. At the Perth roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M90.
3. About 5 miles you will see a slip road off to M90 North towards Dundee and Aberdeen . This takes you onto the A90.
4. When you reach Dundee at the first roundabout go straight ahead. This takes you onto the Kingsway follow the road through a roundabout two flyovers and another 4 roundabouts, following signposts to Arbroath.
5. Once you pass across the roundabout to a retail park with Asda and McDonalds, you will come to a 5 exit roundabout. Take the 2nd exit towards Arbroath.
6. You will pass through 2 sets of traffic lights with a Sainburys on the left. This takes you onto the A92 to Arbroath.
7. When you reach Arbroath, there is a mini-roundabout with a McDonalds on the left, take the 1st exit or left.
8. Follow the road until you come to a T junction, take a left. At the next T junction take a left again there is a cemetery on your left hand side.
9. This takes you onto the A933 towards Friockheim and Brechin.
10. The road will take you past Condor Barracks on your right and through a small village called Colliston.
11. About 3 miles after Colliston you will come to a crossroads (Leysmill crossroads), marked Leysmill to the right and Gardyne to the left. Take the left to Gardyne.
12. At the next set of crossroads (Gardyne crossroads) take another left.
13. Just over a hill after the crossroads there is a small stoned narrow road on the right hand side sign posted ‘KNOWES’. Take that right where there are two houses. Come to the 2nd house and the office is the big grey door at the end of the 2nd house.
