Construction is regarded as a high risk industry and with working at heights being one of the HIGH 5 it is important that North East Contracts emplyees have a good understanding of Health and Safety and know what they can do to avoid unecessary risks.
North East Contracts Ltd is dedicated to the Health and Safety of its employees and by regular training, toolboxtalks, risk assessments and site insepctions we aim to maintain a low risk working environment on all our sites.
At North East Contracts Ltd we believe that regular training is essential to maintaining an alertness towards Health and Safety within our employees. As part of our pledge to regular training we are members of the ACT (Angus Construction Training) group and commit to a training plan each year with ConstructionSkills. The results of this commitment is evident in the 98 training days we completed during 2009.
