Description:

This residential development at Westfield Road in Stonehaven featured a full roofing and external cladding package.  A Catnic Urban Standing Seam profile with a Prisma coating in colour Anthracite Grey was installed over a 280m2 roof area providing a durable and visually striking finish.  Cedral click boards in Walnut Brown were used to clad the walls.  The boards were installed both vertically and horizontally, giving the building a contemporary and textured architectural appearance.

The roof design included a significant number of Velux windows, valley gutters and a dormer window, requiring precise integration and water management detail resulting in extra flashing being fabricated to size from FAB 24.

An open balcony was incorporated into this build, demanding close coordination between trades to ensure proper drainage and finishing details extra flashings were fabricated bespoke for this area, balcony internal was also clad in Cedral click Walnut Brown, matching the rest of the building exterior to ensure a consistent and cohesive appearance throughout the design.

We worked closely with Lewaig Joinery and key suppliers including Tata steel, GPH builders, Orchard timber products and FAB 24 to deliver a premium quality finish across all elements of the build.
